I may look a little different, I may seem a little strange

Slow Down
You haven’t slowed down for a couple of weeks
Got a pile of work and no time to sleep
And you don’t know when you will find the time to breathe
Your head is spinning and it seems it won’t stop
There are plenty of things that you know you forgot
And you don’t know when you will find the time to breathe

Slow down, don’t you rush
Can’t you see you’re going way too fast
And you’ll miss out on the beautiful things in life
If you don’t slow down, if you don’t slow down

There are places to go, there are people to see
Appointments to make, appointments to keep
And you don’t know when you will find the time to breathe
You’re talking on the phone, there’s a knock at the door
And you convince yourself that you can do it all

You’re going fast, way too fast, soon you’ll run out of gas
I hope you realise you can slow down your life
